Self Isolation Body Transformation

G’day gorgeous humans,
One of the most important things during this time is to stay fit & healthy for both physical and mental wellbeing. This can be challenging considering we’ve now all had to radically adjust our lifestyles, and we can no longer access gyms, pools, parks etc. While we’re at home, many of us might not have access to equipment that we normally use so a change in mindset, goals and exercise type might be necessary but there are plenty of opportunities/ways to get after it each and everyday.

The important take home is – something is better than nothing! Do your best to do some form of exercise daily & even take this opportunity to try something different.

The Sports team has come up with a program with a variety of sessions to get you started and moving (Attached). Special mention to Matt Dowsett, Seb Trevaskis, Annie Tasker and the amazing Ashley Osie.
