Paediatric Society (PANDA)

The Paediatric Association of Notre Dame Australia (PANDA) was established in 2016 and had a successful inaugural year! Paediatrics is a rewarding discipline in the field of medicine, and is of great interest to many students.

The objective of PANDA is to increase the awareness of paediatrics as a discipline, as well as to increase student’s involvement with the children in our community.

The PANDA committee for 2017 intends to build on the association’s current foundation and has a number of exciting events planned for 2017, including Teddy Bear Hospital, Paediatric Grand Rounds and participation in the inter-university Paediatric Research Cup. For those student’s interested in paediatrics, love children, or simply want to be involved with the university and increase the breadth of their medical knowledge, come along to our events! They are sure to be fantastic. We look forward to seeing you all there!
